Tarksol HTF-50 is a general purpose heavy duty cleaning and degreasing solvent. This unique solvent blend is very effective as a general purpose solvent that is water rinsable. Tarksol HTF-50 is based on a novel blend of Tarksol 97, a Biomass alcohol, esters, and a terpene hydrocarbon. Tarksol HTF-50 does not contain any chlorinated or chlorofluorocarbon solvents which contribute to ozone depletion, environmental damage, or human concerns. Effective Tarksol HTF-50 utilizes a carefully slowed evaporation rate to carry the maximum amount of oils, grease, polymers, urethane, etc., without re-deposition. Clean Tarksol HTF-50 will not leave a residue on ultimate evaporation. Ideal for use in all engineering applications, especially as semi-aqueous degreaser and all purpose solvent.
