Green Solvent is a VOC compliant solvent-plasticizer combination, which is
very effective in applications requiring solvent solutions of various resins.
Most resins are solubilized in Tarksol One Plus Green Solvent very rapidly and
the applied films dry very quickly. Tests have shown superior
performance to water based systems and all other solvent based coatings.

Green meets all VOC regulations of the OTC states and CA Regulations. 82% is
VOC exempt and 18% functions as a plasticizer. The 18 % may remain in the film
and not be a VOC. The flash point
of Tarksol One Plus is 110 deg F (TCC) making it non DOT Hazmat (CFR Title 49
Sec. 173.120 (b) (2) and offering solvent solutions with many advantages. The
proprietary plasticizer in Tarksone eliminates the need for phthalates,
adipates, maleates, benzoates, sulfonamides, glycols/polyesters,
organophosphates, and others. Tarksol One Plus Green
will solubilize many resins other solvents will not.

a non hazardous solvent designed for resin coatings. It is classified under
DOT CFR Title 49 Chapter I Part 173 Sec 173.120 (b) (2) Class 3 “A flammable
liquid with a flash point at or above 38 deg C (100 deg F) that does not meet
the definition of any other hazard class may be reclassed as a combustible
liquid. |
